1. How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly on our website by selecting your favorite product, choosing the quantity, and clicking "Add to Cart" → "Checkout". Follow the steps to fill in your shipping and payment details.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – within Pakistan

  • Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa (details provided upon request)

  • International customers: please contact us via email or WhatsApp for manual order & payment options.

3. Are the suits stitched or unstitched?

Most of our collections are unstitched, unless clearly mentioned otherwise in the product title or description. We occasionally offer stitched & custom tailoring during limited-time promotions.

4. How long does delivery take?

  • Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
    You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
Note: Stitched, customized, or sale items are non-returnable.

6. Will the color be exactly as shown in pictures?

We try our best to ensure accurate color display, but due to screen variations and lighting effects, slight differences may occur. We appreciate your understanding!

7. How do I take care of my fabric?

For long-lasting wear:

  • Hand wash or dry clean preferred

  • Use mild detergents

  • Avoid soaking or bleach

  • Iron on low setting (inside out)
