1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange if:
  • You received the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged/defective product.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Stitched or customized items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  1. Email us at info@arshmans.com or WhatsApp at 0345-9211412 within 48 hours.
  2. Include your Order Number, Item Name, and Photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Our team will verify and respond with return instructions if eligible.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid loss during return transit.

5. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) are issued as:

  • Store Credit / Discount Code for future purchases
  • Or a full refund to the original payment method (only in eligible cases)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Exchange Process

  • If the requested item for exchange is available, we will dispatch it within 3–5 business days.
  • If not available, you may choose an alternative product or opt for store credit.

7. Important Notes

  • Arshman’s reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the item does not meet our policy conditions.
  • We do not offer refunds/exchanges for minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution.
